| Physical damage
to any item will void the product's warranty. Physical damage is defined
as altering of the product’s physical appearance that differs from its
original state at the time of purchase. Examples of physical damages are,
but not limited to, dents, cracks, chips, burns, stains, dints, cuts,
and scratches. Damages under this definition voids any warranty previously
implied for the product by Ink and Beyond.com.
Hardware
No
refund or replacement credit will be issued after 15 days of the date
when the product is received. All returns on hardware products are subject
to a 15% restocking fee, on account that the product is in its unused,
original packaging condition, if there are missing parts to the item being
returned, Ink and Beyond.com reserves the right to refuse returns (For
Printers if the ink has been used there will be no store credit or cash
back.) Shipping charges are non-refundable. Ink and Beyond.com is an online
retailer and therefore not responsible for defective merchandise from
the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on
returns to Ink and Beyond.com and in return, Ink and Beyond.com will cover
shipping charges back to the customer. The customer is responsible for
risks of loss on all returned shipment. If the detective merchandise is
under warranty it will be repaired or replaced. On returning defected
items, the customer must obtain a RMA number on all warranty items. Most
of the hardware on Ink and Beyond is covered by manufacturer warranty,
please see product page for detail.
Blank Media
No refund or
replacement credit will be issued after 30 days of the invoice date.
All returns on Blank Media are subjected to a 15%
restocking fee. Non-Used Defective products may be exchanged for the exact
or a comparable product or your account will be credited for the amount
of the product plus tax. The Shipping and Handling fee and any credit
card surcharges will be excluded on any credit that Ink and Beyond.com
issues. Ink and Beyond.com reserves the right to verify the defectiveness
of the product once it is received in order to have the proper credit
issued or exchange. All media that has been Used, Scratched, and Damaged
are non-refundable and will not be replaced. Ink and Beyond.com is an
online retailer and therefore not responsible for defective merchandise
from the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges
on returns to Ink and Beyond.com and in return, Ink and Beyond.com will
cover shipping charges back to the customer. The customer is responsible
for risks of loss on all returned shipment. If the detective merchandise

items, the customer must obtain a RMA number on all warranty items.
When
returning a product, please make sure to send it in its original packaging
that it came in including warranty cards, manuals, software and accessories.
The invoice must also be included. The RMA number must be clearly written
on the shipping label. No exchange or credit will be issued to used or
non-original packaging merchandise.
NOTE: Ink and Beyond.com provides excellent customer
service, although customers are not reimbursed for shipping charges on
returned products, Ink and Beyond.com will use every measure to handle
the return process expeditiously. If the merchandise is damaged upon receiving,
Ink and Beyond.com will file a claim with UPS/FedEx on behalf of the customer
for any products damaged in transit. Refunds/Replacements will be issued
after the claim is approved. Claims can sometimes take over 15 business
days to be processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is determined
by FedEx/UPS undeliverable and returned to Ink and Beyond.com, customers
can request Ink and Beyond.com to have the product reshipped by paying
a new shipping cost, or customers can request a refund. Refunds will be
issued for product cost only. Original shipping charges will not be
refunded.
RMA Procedures:
Step 1: Call our technical
support department at 626-810-1508 to trouble shoot the product you have
problem with.
Step 2: If our technical
support agents cannot resolve the problem, please request a RMA number
via the form below.
Step 3: Our RMA dept will
issue you a RMA# within 24 hours. You must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product purchased from
Ink and Beyond.com.
Step 4: Clearly write your
RMA number on the shipping label and on the box. Mail the items with copy
of invoice to the following address:
