causes white lines on the page?How to remove it?
- The air entered the cartridge during installation, please clean the print
head 1-2 times. Then you can use it.
- The installation method is not correct, reinstall the cartridge and clean
the print head 1-2 times.
- The aging of print head. Please replace the head with a new one.

The printer can't identify the newly installed cartridge. Why?
- Due to touching the chip with bare hand or the dust adheres to the chip surface,
the printer can't find the cartridge. Please clean the chip with dry tissue
and reinstall the cartridge.
- The spring touching needle in the print head is out of usage or damaged.
- The spring tablet in the printer without chip is out of usage.

Why is the printed picture redder than the one showed on the computer screen?
How to solve it?
- That the printed result is not coherent with the computer designed one can
be attributed to many reasons. This has something to do with computer designing
as well as pixel.In order to get a satisfied printing result, follow the following
operations: choose File—Print—Property—Custom—Advanced
Dialog Box, now you can select any kind of resolution by yourself.

printed words and table have slight burr. Why?
- The paper is humid. Please replace the humid paper with the dry paper.
- The aging of print head. Please repair it or replace with a new one.
5.Why
is the vertical line not straight? Why does it break into several short lines
like stairs while printing?
- The print head knocked the edge of the printer due to paper chocking or the
print head is in inappropriate location. Follow these steps, then you can solve
the problem: choose File—Print—Property—Custom—Advanced
Dialog Box—Print head adjusting, now you can select any kind of resolution
by yourself.

appearance of T321~324 ink cartridges are quite different from OEM products.
Does this has influence on printing quality?
- Our T321~324 ink cartridges are designed by Ninestar Image Co., Ltd. It is
the patent products whose most distinguished character in designing is its structure

- It depends on many factors: resolution, coverage rate and the times of head
cleaning. The higher the resolution, coverage rate and the times of head cleaning
are, the lesser the pages can be printed and vice versa. Generally the same
model of ink cartridge has the same ink volume. In order to ensure the volume,
each cartridge was measured with electronic scale.
8.Can
we use dye ink print certification card?
- Yes, we can use dye ink print certification card. But dye ink is not better
than the pigment ink in the aspect of water-proof and sunshine-proof, so when
the certification card is often exposed in the sunshine, you'd better use pigment
ink, suppose you stick to use dye ink, the color may fade.

it difficult to print on oil canvas if we use T038~9 ink cartridge?
- Oil canvas is a kind of special printing material, the common dye ink is really
hard to be printed on the oil canvas. T038, T039 ink cartridge use dye ink,
therefore, it is really hard to print on oil canvas.

Are T017, T018, T040, T041 ink cartridges produced by Ninestar Image Co., Ltd?

printed result is out of order, how to solve this problem?
- If the document to be printed is disorderedLZcancel printing command, shut
off the computer and wait for several minutes, then reboot the system.
- The driver doesn't match the printer. Reinstall the driver while making sure
the connection of computer and printer.
- The tape cable is damaged. Please change a new one.
- The mainboard is malfunctioned. Please repair it or change a new one.

using?
- The waste ink chamber is full. Please use the professional program and adjust
the data to zero.
- Cartridge carrier or Roll feeder is damaged. Lubricate Cartridge carrier,
track or Roll feeder.
- The mainboard is malfunctioned. Please repair it or change a new one.

does the computer window display that the ink volume of newly installed cartridge
is the same as the previous one?
- The ink volume of computer window displayed is the original cartridge. Please
refresh the window, then you will find the new one.
- The cartridge installation method is not correct. Follow the instruction and
reload the cartridge.
14.While
using Epson printer printing or Xeroxing, the computer warns that the cartridge
you are using is not original. Can we continue to use the cartridge and does
it has any influence on printing quality?
- The warning information is set by Epson company. When the warning window shows,
click yes and follow the instruction. Your printer will work properly.
15.When
we use thermal transfer ink cartridge, the printing quality is excellent but
the thermal transfer result is not as good as printing result, so what special
demand does the thermal transfer require?
- Thermal transfer ink cartridge is a kind of special cartridge. The working
principle of Thermal transfer cartridge is that we transfer the picture and
words to be outputted to the High Resolution Inkjet Paper. When conducting thermal
transfer, please make sure the transfer tool and the media to be transferred
inosculate completely. As for some special material, for example metal and potter
we need to carry out paint baking to metal and chemical processing to the potter
surface.
16.After
cleaning with NCL-00110 cleaning cartridge the printer still can't work, why?
- Cleaning cartridge is only used to remove the slightly print head clogging
and make the printing process more fluently, it cannot solve the problem caused
by the print head damaging or aging.
17.After
tearing off the label of NE-00193 cartridge the air vent remains small ink drop.
Does this has any influence on printing result?
- No, it hasn't influence on printing quality.
18.When
use common printing paper and choose the right speed setting mode, the color
of printed picture is faint and not clear. Why?
- Due to the material reason, the common printing paper is not suitable for
printing high quality picture. When printing picture, you'd better choose High
Resolution Inkjet Paper or other paper of good quality. If the resolution is
over 720dpi, the printing result will be much better.
19.
After taking off the protecting cover of NC-00003 series ink cartridges the
ink leaking from the ink outflowing holes. Why?
- In the claim of production technics, please tear off the label first and then
remove the protecting cover. If the user reversed the order, that would lead
ink leaking. This point is specially mentioned in the product instruction. Please
strictly follow the instruction.
20.I
used to print with non G&G brand cartridges, now I use G&G products.
Is it necessary to clean the print head?
- It all depends on the products you used before. Generally speaking, we needn't
clean the print head, but some times you need clean the print head one to two
times.
21.Epson
C20 printer can't work since it has not been used for a month, however it works
normally a month ago. Why?
- Since leaving the printer long time unused, the print head is possibly dry.
Please clean the print head and then you can use it normally. In order to ensure
the best printing quality, you'd better use the printer at least one time a
week. This will benefit your printer and also help you maintain printer.
22.Can
we refill NH-00641, NH-00629, NH-00626 cartridges from the bottom of the cartridges?
- NH-00641, NH-00629, NH-00626 cartridges ink cartridge produced by Ninestar
Image Co., Ltd can't be refilled from the bottom of the cartridge but they can
be refilled from the top. Please follow the detailed procedure in the instruction.
23.The
paper printed with T5441~8 ink cartridges dries very slow. Why?
- The paper is not match the printer. Please change the paper.
- The environment is too humid. Please change the printing environment.
- Since T5441~8 ink cartridges use dye ink, compared with pigment ink, dye ink
dries slowly than pigment ink.
24.It
feels that the capacity of T036, T038 ink cartridges are very little. Is it
true?
- Yes it is true compared with the volume of other cartridges. It is decided
in designing.
25.How
to install a new cartridge to Epson Color 480 printer since T013, T014 cartridges
are not taken out from the printer?
- Unlike Epson other products, Epson Color 480 printer hasn't any button on
the printer so we can't load a new cartridge to the printer through pressing
button. It can be done through the following steps; click File—Print—Property—Tools—Change
cartridge.
26.When
the cartridges T029, T041 are loaded to the printer, the printer can't find
the ink cartridge. Why?
- The operating order is not correct. Please operate as the instruction indicated.
- Due to touching the chip with bare hand or there are dusts on the surface
of the chip, the printer can't read the information in the chip. Please take
out the cartridge and clean the chip with tissue paper, then reloaded the cartridge
to the printer.
- The chip touching needles in the printer is out of usage or damaged. Please
repair or change a new one.
27.The
printer can't print out after the cartridge is loaded to the printer. Why?
- The yellow label is not torn off. Please tear off the yellow label and reloaded
the cartridge.
- The cartridge was filled with air during installation. Please clean the print
head and exclude the air.
- The print head is too old to use or damaged. Please repair the print head
or change a new one.
28.
When using T027 ink cartridge, the printed result is different from the computer
screen displayed. Why?
- Nozzle testing result shows that the line is not continuous. Please conduct
the print head cleaning till the testing result shows normal.
- Use the color management. Follow the following steps:
click File—Print—Properties—Custom—Advance—Color
Control. Now you can adjust the color according to your needs. Thus the printed
result will be much better.
29.The
ink height of NC-00003 series ink cartridges are lower than OEM products. Does
this show that the ink volume is less than OEM products?
- Since the ink tank of NC-00003 series cartridges are wider than OEM products,
it seems that the ink height is lower than OEM products, but actually the ink
volume is the same with OEM products.
30.When
install NC-00010BK ink cartridge to Canon BJC-50 printer, we find that the cartridge
is too big to install. Why?
- Since both NC-0001BK and NC-00011BK ink cartridges can be used to Cannon BJC-50
printer, in choosing cartridge you'd better choose the cartridge depending on
your print head. This occasion also happens on Cannon other series printers.
So in choosing cartridge, please pay more attention to this.
31.After
installation a set of cartridges to Epson Photo 950 printer, the printer can't
print. Why?
- This problem can be solved through the following steps. Open the main window
or status monitor in tools, then check the state of cartridge. If the warning
information shows X, please take out of the cartridge and reloaded to the printer.
- The spring touching needle in the print head is out of usage or damaged. Please
repair it or change a new one.
32.When
a new cartridge NE-00193 is loaded to Epson EX3 printer and after printed one
or two pages, the computer warns that the ink is run out at the same time the
printer can't print. Why?
- The spring tablet is out of usage or rotten. Please change a new one.
- The cartridge protecting cover is loosing. Remove the print head and press
the cover tightly. If cover is distorted please change a new one.
33.
When NH-00626 cartridge is loaded to the printer, all the lights begin to flash.
Why?
- There are small ink drops or dust on the surface of cartridge chip. Please
cleaning the chip with tissue paper and reinstall the cartridge.
- The spring touching needle in the print head sticks contamination or it is
damaged. Please clean the needle or repair it.
34.Would
climate affect the quality of inkjet cartridges? How to deal with the situation
when the ink cartridge is frozen?
- Stored in high or freezing temperature for a long time will affect the printing
quality. The temperature for obtaining best printing results ranges from 50°F,10°c-95°F,35°c.
Normally don't let the cartridge go frozen. If this does happen, put the cartridge
at the room temperature (72°F,22°c-82°F,28°c) for at lease 15
hours before installing into the printer and going on printing. Theoretically
this won't affect the printing quality. However, if there is any more problem,
please don't hesitate to contact us.
